No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway (the "Giveaway"). A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, and to legal residents of Canada excluding the Province of Quebec, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older — or the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence, whichever is greater — at the time of entry.
Void in Alaska, Hawaii, the Province of Quebec, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win.
Canadian entrants may be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind, before being declared a winner.

The Giveaway is administered using ViralSweep, a third-party sweepstakes administration platform, which records entries and conducts the random drawing.

The countdown shown on the home page reflects the scheduled end of the Giveaway Period. The Sponsor's clock and the administration platform's records are the official timekeepers of the Giveaway.
During the Giveaway Period, you may purchase a digital pass from the Sponsor's online store. Each pass is a digital product that includes an HD wallpaper pack, and each pass carries a stated number of Giveaway entries as a free bonus with that purchase:
Entries are submitted to the administration platform automatically upon completion of a valid purchase, using the name and email address provided at checkout. Entries are non-transferable and have no cash value. Passes may be purchased more than once, and entries accumulate.
Incomplete, cancelled, refunded, chargebacked or fraudulent orders do not earn entries, and any entries already recorded for such an order will be void.
To enter free of charge, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, city, state or province, ZIP or postal code, daytime telephone number, email address and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a properly stamped, hand-addressed envelope to:

Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately and must be postmarked within the Giveaway Period and received no later than five (5) business days after it ends. Each valid mail-in entry receives one (1) entry. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible or incomplete entries are void.
Free entries are drawn on exactly the same terms and with the same weight per entry as entries received with a pass. Neither the Sponsor nor the administration platform distinguishes between them at the time of the drawing.
Entries must be made by the entrant personally. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated means, and entries made through a third party, agency or sweepstakes service, are void.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity, age, residence and eligibility of any entrant, and to require reasonable proof of the same, before awarding any prize.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Because entries accumulate, an entrant holding more entries has a proportionally greater chance of being selected, but no entrant is guaranteed to win.
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing is conducted through ViralSweep and is streamed live on YouTube and TikTok @kamobandz on or about the day the Giveaway Period ends.
If the live stream fails for technical reasons, the drawing will still be conducted through the administration platform and the result will be published afterwards. A failure of the stream does not invalidate the drawing.
The potential winner will be notified using the email address and, where available, the telephone number associated with the winning entry, within five (5) business days of the drawing.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt and must complete, sign and return any required affidavit of eligibility, liability release and, where lawful, publicity release within ten (10) days of receipt.
If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond in time, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to return the required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
One (1) grand prize: a used, modified 2019 Honda Accord 2.0T as shown and described on the Sponsor's home page, awarded in as-is condition with a clean title transferred to the winner.
Approximate retail value (ARV): [ARV]. The actual value of the vehicle at the time of award may differ, and any difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.
Delivery or pickup will be arranged between the Sponsor and the winner. The prize is awarded as-is, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, by the Sponsor; any manufacturer warranty, if still in effect, passes to the winner to the extent it is transferable.
The prize is not transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
All federal, state, provincial and local taxes on the prize, and all other costs and expenses not expressly stated as included, are the sole responsibility of the winner. This includes registration, licensing, title transfer fees, insurance, customs or import duties where applicable, and all fuel, maintenance and operating costs.
Where required, the winner will be issued the appropriate tax documentation for the value of the prize and must provide a valid taxpayer identification number before the prize is released.
The winner must hold a valid driver's licence and, where required by law, proof of insurance before taking possession of the vehicle.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of infection by computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city and state or province, likeness, voice and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration.
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway is collected by the Sponsor and processed by the administration platform for the purpose of running the Giveaway, verifying eligibility and awarding the prize. It is handled in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy.
Entering the Giveaway does not by itself subscribe you to marketing email; any such subscription requires your separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the administration platform and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising out of participation in the Giveaway or out of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail-in entries; for entries not recorded because of technical failure; or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to entry information.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor, are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
All disputes are to be resolved individually, and each entrant waives any right to have any dispute joined, consolidated or brought as a class action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Honda Motor Co., Ltd., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Shopify or any other platform or manufacturer referenced on this site. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
A copy of these Official Rules and, after the drawing, the first name and state or province of the winner may be requested by writing to the Sponsor at the address in section 3.
