I bought a pass and didn't get my entries
Entries are submitted to the sweepstakes platform right after checkout, but confirmation emails can take a few minutes and sometimes land in spam. If nothing shows after an hour, email me the order number and I'll check the log myself.
Where's my wallpaper pack?
The download link is in your order confirmation email. Check spam and promotions first, then email me and I'll resend it directly.
Can I get a refund?
Passes are digital products delivered instantly, so they're generally final sale. If something went wrong with your order — double charge, failed download — email me and I'll make it right. Refunded orders have their entries voided.
Am I eligible where I live?
18+, the 48 contiguous US states and D.C., and Canada outside Quebec. Alaska, Hawaii, Quebec and US territories are excluded. Section 2 of the official rules has the full detail.
